Host Lauren Morris interviews Dr. Mark Earnest, professor of medicine, policy researcher, and co-founder of the LEADS (leadership, education, advocacy, development, and scholarship) program at CU Anschutz. Dr. Earnest discusses his path to advocacy in medicine, its impact on his clinical work, mentorship, and the power of reflection.

In this segment called The Power of Physician Voices, I hope to foster discussion and spark ideas about what physicians, from students to residents to attendings, can and do accomplish through leadership and advocacy.
